This Privacy Policy explains what data the website diamondmarketing.gr ("DMA Performance", "we") collects, why, and what rights you have over it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is the data controller

Aias Diamantopoulos, a sole proprietorship based in Athens, Greece (tax registration in progress). For anything related to your data, contact ajax@diamondmarketing.gr.

What data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, and whatever you voluntarily share when you book a call or email us — e.g. what you sell, where you're advertising today.
• Booking data: if you use the site's booking tool, the details you enter there (name, email, call time) are also subject to that tool provider's own privacy policy.
• Browsing data: via cookies and analytics tools, see our Cookie Policy.

Why we process it

• To respond to your request for a free presentation/call.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (statistics, anonymized where possible).
• For advertising purposes, only once you've given consent via the cookie banner.

Who we share data with

We don't sell data to third parties. We may use third-party service providers (e.g. a booking tool, email, Google Analytics, Meta) who process data on our behalf, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as our working relationship lasts, and for a reasonable period after, for tax/accounting reasons where required by law. You can request deletion at any time, see below.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and port your data, as well as the right to object. You can also file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr). To exercise any of these rights, write to ajax@diamondmarketing.gr.
